Know the rules first: how to play, strategy.

Rating

Standard Elo, updated once per match, not per hand. Start at 1000. Beat a stronger opponent, gain more. Beat a weaker one, gain less.

Early matches swing hard so you find your level fast. First 10 matches move the most, 10-49 less, 50+ barely moves per result.

Tiers

Just a readout of rating.

  • Novice: under 1200
  • Sharp: 1200-1399
  • Hustler: 1400-1599
  • Shark: 1600-1799
  • Pit Boss: 1800-1999
  • House Legend: 2000+

The bot scales with you

No fixed difficulty. Low rating, easier bot. High rating, full strength. Hit Hustler and you're facing its ceiling every match from then on.

It's not a real opponent account, just a difficulty dial mapped onto a rating-like number so the Elo math has something to measure against.

Climbing faster

  • Matches count, not hands. A match can run several hands; only the final result moves your rating.
  • Rough start? It corrects fast, early matches swing hard.
  • The bot gets tougher as you do, so strategy matters more the higher you climb.

Play a match and see where you land.
